I want to give a huge thanks and thumbs up to Karen Aubrey from LJHooker Commercial. We desperately needed a sale or two of units in a commercial complex we finished building three years ago. Despite us being willing to sell them at or below cost of build, they weren't moving. We weren't getting nibbles to speak of, let alone prospective buyers. Karen came on board and from the onset she worked to sell our units. When one strategy didn't work she employed a different one. She continually stayed in touch and worked with us in an effort to get something over the line, and did so despite the fact that the odds were seemingly not in our favour with little hope of sunshine at the end of the tunnel for either us or her.
