Business Systems Operator & Office Manager , Karen Pepper, joined our team in August 2002 starting in our residential office at Erina and then moved on to our Commercial office.

Karen previously worked in the finance industry for 20 years from Customer Service roles to Managerial and finally Financial Advisor.

She brings a wealth of experience in customer service, administration, organisational and multi tasking – all the qualities required for her busy role.

Responsible for coordinating the entire sales process, marketing and accounts, Karen seeks to ensure that your experience with our company is exceptional.

Karen has been a resident of the Central Coast for over 30 years and looks forward to bringing her high client and customer focus to her role.
