Karen Aubrey - Recent sales

Karen Aubrey joined our LJHooker Commercial team in 2013 and is responsible for all Sales & Leasing transactions within the West Gosford, Somersby and Peninsula market sectors.

Karen has been the most active agent in the Somersby region in recent years with

approximately 40 plus land sales alone being achieved. She has seen a vast growth in pricing in this area, saw the potential and worked hard to make the area expand.

Owners are now seeing massive growth in their Investment with very pleasing results and Karen believes this will continue to increase with the road and tunnel upgrades, including North Connex bringing Sydney businesses closer to the Central Coast due to its immediate location off the freeway and only approximately one hour travel time from Sydney or Newcastle.

Karen saw a great opportunity in this area, being so close to the M1 Motorway and land being offered in other areas of her expertise no longer becoming available. Recommendations to clients of Auction listings along with Private Treaty sales have given owners great results and buyers great opportunities.

The clients Karen works with are very respectful of her and the relationships are mutual.

Karen has resided on the Central Coast her entire life and began in her Real Estate career in 1999 where with her strong communication and negotiation skills, she dealt with all clientele on a personal level showing courtesy and professionalism at all times.

Karen has become very good friends with some of her clients and she is the only one some choose to deal with.

Karen also involves herself in her children’s local sporting community where she has also been praised for her efforts. With a background at a young age in Retail (customer service) and being Branch Manager for the Greater Bank and a good lending history, Karen has the knowledge and understanding to assist people purchasing their first, 2nd or 3rd Investment property or selling their asset.

Since entering the Commercial Real Estate sector Karen has become a member of LJHooker's Prestigious Captains Club in 2015, 2016, 2017 recognising the Elite Performers in the Industry for 3 years and this year qualified for the Multi Million Dollar chapter recognising the top 7% nationally in the LJHooker network.

With hard work and dedication, Karen goes from strength to strength and impresses new buyers, investors, developers along with landlords and tenants within the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
