After a career spanning 13 years with the Australian Government including 6 years in Canberra and 3 years in a diplomatic position at the Australian High Commission in Singapore, Sal returned to Sydney and took a change of direction, entering the real estate industry.

Since gaining his real estate licence in 1987, he held several positions in the property industry with both independent and corporate agencies. In 1990, Sal acquired MJ DAVIS INDUSTRIAL, a well recognised independent agency, which he successfully operated as Proprietor / Licensee for over 21 years, until selling the business and relocating to the Central Coast in 2012.

During his many years in the industry, Sal has been successful in acting on behalf of a range of industrial / commercial property owners, including State Government Authorities, Banks, large corporate owners as well as private owners and tenants.
